【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在类风湿关节炎(RA)发生、病程发展中的意义。方法采用ELISA法,检测115例RA、76例对照组血清中IL-32、MMP-13及IL-10的水平,并与抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、类风湿因子(RF)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)等指标进行相关性分析。结果 RA组与对照组比较,IL-32、MMP-13、IL-10水平升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),RA重度活动期组IL-32、MMP-13显著高于稳定期组(P<0.05),IL-32、MMP-13水平与抗CCP抗体、ESR、hs-CRP、RF、DAS28、关节肿胀数和关节压痛数呈显著正相关(P<0.01),IL-10与ESR、hs-CRP呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 IL-32、MMP-13及IL-10与RA的形成、病程发展有密切关系,可作为观察RA病情活动、疗效判断及预后的新依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significancesof interleukin-32(IL-32), matrix metalloproteinase-13(MMP-13) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods IL-32, MMP-13 and IL-10 were detected in 115 patients of rheumatoid arthritis and 76 healthy controls by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). To apply Spearman analysis to test the correlations of above results and anti-CCP antibody, rheumatoid factor(RF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP). Results IL-32, MMP-13 and IL-10 levels in RA group were significantly higher than healthy control group(P<0.05), and IL-32 and MMP-13 increased in RA active group compare to stable group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-32 and MMP-13 were significantly correlated with anti-CCP antibody, ESR, hs-CRP, RF, DAS28, the tender joint numbers and the swollen joint numbers(P<0.01). IL-10 were associated with ESR and hs-CRP(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion IL-32, MMP-13 and IL-10 are correlated with the pathogenesis and activity of RA, they can be used as important clinical indicators of disease activity and therapeutic effect in patients with RA.更多还原
