【摘要】 目的探讨可溶性受体CD163在难治性幼年特发性关节炎(全身型)的早期水平变化及其临床意义。方法收集我院2010年1月至2012年1月确诊为活动期难治性幼年特发性关节炎全身型的患儿33例,将其作为观察组,缓解期30例患儿为观察2组,另选择同期来我院进行体检的健康儿童40例,作为对照组,采用流式细胞术法测定两组T细胞亚群水平,采用ELISA方法测定血清中CD163水平。观察两组患儿CD163的表达水平及与疾病活动性指标的相关性。结果活动期难治性幼年特发性关节炎全身型患儿CD163与免疫T细胞的表达水平均高于对照组,差异有显著性(均P<0.05)。可溶性受体CD163的表达水平与CRP、FER、ESR、WBC、IgE均呈现显著的正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD163是诊断难治性幼年特发性关节炎全身型较有价值的指标,可为病情活动期进展提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the early differential diagnosis significance of soluble receptor CD163 in system onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Methods Thirty-three children diagnosed with So-JIA in active period in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were collected as the research group,40 healthy children for medical examination in the same period were collected as the control group,the operation flow cytometry method was used to determine the T cells,ELISA method was adopt for determining the level of serum CD163.CD163 expression level with disease activity index and the correlation were observed in the two groups.Results The expression levels of CD163 in active period So-JIA children and autoimmune T cells were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P < 0.05).Soluble receptor expression CD163 level were positive correlated with CRP,FER,ESR,WBC,IgE significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion CD163 is a more valuable diagnostic index for So-JIA,which can provide a basis for active period development and clinical observation.更多还原
