【摘要】 目的基于心胃相关理论探讨母子分离加直肠刺激法导致功能性腹泻的发病机制来探讨中药疏肝健脾、安神和胃法治疗腹泻的作用途径。方法采用母子分离加直肠刺激法复制大鼠腹泻模型,并显微镜下观察腹泻模型大鼠肠黏膜是否出现器质性改变。给予疏肝健脾、安神和胃中药2 w后观察大鼠小肠推进率;并采用放射免疫法检测大鼠下丘脑、脑干以及肠黏膜的促肾上腺激素释放激素水平及中药中药疏肝健脾、安神和胃法对其影响。结果造模后大鼠小肠推进率较正常组明显增快(P<0.05)。经中药疏肝健脾、安神和胃法治疗2 w后,大鼠小肠推进较模型组降低(P<0.05),与正常组比较无显著性差异。与正常相比,造模后大鼠脑干、下丘脑及肠黏膜促肾上腺激素释放激素含量明显升高(P<0.05);给予疏肝健脾、安神和胃中药2 w,治疗后大鼠脑干、下丘脑及肠黏膜促肾上腺激素释放激素水平与腹泻模型组大鼠相比均有所降低(P<0.05),与正常组及西药对照组比较无显著性差异。结论腹泻模型大鼠脑干、下丘脑及肠黏膜促肾上腺激素释放激素含量表达的升高提示其表达改变与腹泻的发病相关。中药疏肝健脾、安神和胃能降低腹泻大鼠脑干、下丘脑及肠黏膜促肾上腺激素释放激素含量,其作用机制可能是与影响脑肠轴促肾上腺激素释放激素通路有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the mechanism of function al diarrhoea through this animal experiments,which based on the heart and stoma ch theory,and try to prove the effect of principle for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen. Methods A rat model of functional diarrhoea was establish ed by separation o f mothers with children and rectal stimulation in young rats.After the treatme n t of the principle for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,regulat ing stomach and refresh spirit for two weeks,the corticotropin releasing hormon e level expression was tested. Results After 2 weeks of the treatment,intesti nal propulsion rate of functional diarrhoea rats was significantly reduced( P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the corticotropin releasing hormon e level of model group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusions The cortico tropin releasing hormone expression levels in brain stem,hypothalamus,intestin al mucosa of functional diarrhoea rat are often associated with the pathogenesis of functional diarrhoea.The principle for soothing the liver and strengthenin g the spleen,regulating stomach and refresh spirit lower the expression of corti cotropin releasing hormone explains the pathogenesis of functional diarrhoea.更多还原
