【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌术后化疗联合DC-CIK细胞治疗的临床价值。方法选择无锡市第三人民医院收治的结直肠癌84例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取单纯化疗方案治疗,观察组在化疗的基础上联合使用DC-CIK细胞治疗方案,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后外周血CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD3-CD56+与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组患者临床治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论化疗联合DC-CIK细胞治疗可以明显改善结直肠癌术后患者的免疫功能,提高总体疗效,改善患者的生活质量,降低化疗不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy on colorectal cancer.Methods Patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received pure chemotherapy scheme,observation group received chemotherapy combined with DC-CIK cell treatment.We observed the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups.Results Compared with the control group( after treatment),peripheral CD3 +,CD3 + CD4 +,CD3 + CD8 + and CD3- CD56 + of observation group( after treatment) had statistically significant differences( P < 0.01).Total effect of observation group was better( P < 0.01).Patients quality of life score of observation group was higher( P < 0.01).Incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was lower( P < 0.01).Conclusions DC-CIK combination chemotherapy can significantly improve patients with immune function,improve the overall curative effect,improve patient quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of chemotherapy.更多还原
