【摘要】 老年冠心病(CHD)是指65岁及以上的冠心病患者。21世纪我国逐渐步入老年化社会,冠心病的发病率越来越高,是导致老年患者致残、致死的主要疾病之一。在美国,65岁及以上患者的死亡原因中CHD占一半以上,而CHD死亡者中大于3/4是老年人。老年CHD的临床表现及治疗多有自身的特点,本文结合近年的文献对老年CHD的临床特点及诊断和治疗作一简要的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Elderly coronary heart disease(CHD) refers to the patients with coronary heart disease who aged ≥ 65 years.In the 21st century,China is growing into an aging society.The morbidity of CHD is getting higher,and the diseases also become one of the main diseases which lead to disability and death.In United States,CHD accounts for more than 1/2 among the death in the population aged ≥65 years,and more than 3/4 of the dead due to CHD are elderly people.The clinical manifestations and therapy of the elderly CHD has its own characteristics.In this paper,we briefly summarized the clinical features,diagnosis and therapy of the elderly CHD based on recent literature.更多还原
