冷却水变流量对冷水机组性能影响的数值分析
Numerical analysis on influence of variable cooling water flow rate on chiller’s performance
【摘要】 针对冷水机组和冷凝器的传热过程建立模型,采用Matlab对冷却水变流量前后冷水机组的性能进行数值计算和分析。结果表明:与定流量相比,冷却水变流量运行会增大冷水机组的冷凝温度和冷凝压力,不会显著影响制冷剂在冷凝器出口焓值及制冷剂循环流量,会影响冷水机组的运行EER。该研究成果将对冷却水变流量改造的节能量认定提供支撑。
【Abstract】 The models of the chiller and condenser are established according to their heat transfer process.the Matlab is adopted to simulate and analyze the chiller’s performance both under the condition of constant and variable cooling water flow rate.The results show that comparing with the constant flow rate,under the condition of variable cooling water flow rate,condensing temperature and pressure increase,while the refrigerant’s enthalpy at the condenser’s outlet and its circulating flow rate are not influenced significantly.The operating EER of chiller is also influenced.The study result will provide support for determing the energy-saving amount of the transformation of variable cooling water flow rate.
