大学生存在焦虑与抑郁:自我同一性的双重作用
Relationship Between Existential Anxiety and Depression:Self-identity’s Double Effects
【摘要】 目的:考察大学生存在焦虑、自我同一性及抑郁的关系。方法:取样730名大学生并施测大学生存在焦虑量表、自我同一性状态量表和症状自评量表。结果:高水平存在焦虑的大学生出现明显抑郁情绪。存在焦虑4个因子均对抑郁有正向预测作用。其中死亡与命运焦虑的预测力最大。自我同一性在存在焦虑对抑郁的影响中起中介和调节的双重作用。结论:大学生的存在焦虑与抑郁存在密切关系且自我同一性可以缓冲存在焦虑对抑郁的影响。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship among college students’ existential anxiety,self-identity and depression.Methods: Data of Existential Anxiety Scale,Scale of Self-identity’s Status and SCL-90 were collected and analyzed from a sample of 730 college students of grade 1-4 among 5 universities in the city of Fuzhou in China.Results: Those with high level of existent anxiety showed apparent symptoms of depression.All of four dimensions of existent anxiety might predict depression significantly,while death and fate anxiety was the best predictor for depression.Self-identity mediated and moderated the effect of existential anxiety on depression.Conclusion: Existent anxiety is closely associated with depression and self-identity can serve as a buffet between them.
