硫对苗期水稻根表胶膜形成的影响(英文)

【摘要】 通过土-砂根际盒培养试验研究了施硫(0,30 mg.kg-1,SO2-4-S)对水稻苗期根表胶膜形成的影响.结果表明,施硫显著提高ACA(乙酸钠-柠檬酸钠-抗坏血酸)浸提的24天和48天苗龄根表胶膜铁锰含量,即施硫促进水稻根表胶膜形成,但其对8天苗龄根表胶膜影响不明显.SEM-EDX观察发现,施硫导致水稻根表有更多颗粒状聚集,尤其在根的基部.可见,硫可以通过调控水稻根表胶膜形成来影响根系对营养元素的吸收.

【Abstract】 Influence of soil-applied sulfur(S)(0,30 mg.kg-1,SO 2 4-S) on the formation of iron plaque in the root surface of rice seedlings(Oryza sativa L.) was investigated in a controlled soilsand culture experiment.Application of S induced the formation of iron plaque in the root surface because the application of S increased significantly the ACA(ascorbic-citrate-acetic) extractable Fe and Mn contents in iron plaque on the root surface of 24-and 28-days-old rice seedlings,but the differences proved to be not significant on the root surface of 8-days-old rice seedlings.SEM-EDX image and analysis of iron plaque clearly revealed that differences of polymer particulate iron plaque deposition were the biggest between tip and top root segments in relation to the S treatment.The results provide the evidence that S is involved in the regulation of the uptake of other nutrients by the expression of iron plaque formation on the root surface of rice.
