【Abstract】 As a reference standard,azithromycin related substances are indispensable in the determination of azithromycin drug.In this paper,the current research of azithromycin related substances was reviewed,and their sources and preparation methods were anatomized.And then the present methods for determining related substances in routine assay were summarized.Furthermore,the relationship between the related substances and drug standards was demonstrated.It would provide a new direction for the enhancement of drug standards and improvement of their production process.更多还原
