【摘要】 目的观察使用汉语评估材料,对汉语言语失用患者进行评估的可行性。方法对20例言语失用母语为汉语的患者参考运动言语评定(MSE)设计量表进行评估和分析。结果多音节多次复述评分最高,单音节单次复述最低(P<0.05)。汉语短句评分与言语流畅性(r=-0.614)和复述能力评分(r=-0.865)显著负相关(P<0.001)。结论通过参考MSE,可将汉语材料用于汉语言语失用患者的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the evaluation for apraxia of speech(AOS) with Chinese.Methods 20 Chinese cases with AOS were assessed with Chinese material referred from Motor Speech Evaluation(MSE) using.Results The subtest of multiple repetitions of multisyllabic words was the most difficult and single repetitions of monosyllabic words was the easiest for AOS patients(P<0.05).The score of the short sentences negatively correlated with both the scores of repetition ability(r=-0.865) and the fluency of speech(r=-0.614)(P<0.001).Conclusion Chinese material referred from MSE can be used for evaluation of AOS with Chinese.更多还原
