ADS/2K低温管线真空隔断的结构设计与分析
Development of Vacuum Barrier in 2 K Transfer Lines for Accelerator-Driven Sub-Critical Reactor System
【摘要】 为了实现不同真空系统的独立性,在2 K低温管线中设置真空隔断。通过应用场合以及功能分析,对真空隔断的结构进行设计。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行热负荷的数值模拟,获得温度分布以及热传导值,同时进行热和结构的耦合分析,获得应力的分布情况,并进行强度评定。分析的结果为真空隔断的优化提供了可靠的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The dedicated vacuum barrier,to be installed in the transfer lines held at 2 K for the acceleratordriven sub-critical reactor system,was successfully developed to precisely guarantee the independence of the different vacuum systems,equipped in the high current proton accelerator. The vacuum barrier was approximated,modeled,and simulated with finite element analysis software package ANSYS. The influencing factors,such as the temperature distributions,thermal conductivity,stress distribution possibly originated from the thermal-mechanical coupling,and structural strength,were calculated to optimize the design of the vacuum barrier. Possible improvements of the vacuum barrier design and fabrication were also tentatively discussed in a thought – provoking way.
