【摘要】 给出了一种十字交叉形TE10□-TE01○宽带模式变换器的设计原理。同时,完成了一支Ka波段TE10□-TE01○模式变换器的设计方案。根据该设计方案在高频分析软件HFSS中建立三维模型进行仿真优化。通过优化设计获得了0.042 dB的带宽为13.5 GHz(26.5～40 GHz)的高性能TE10□-TE01○宽带模式变换器。冷测实验表明优化设计结果与冷测结果较吻合。热测实验表明设计出的模式变换器输出较纯。更多还原

【Abstract】 We addressed the design principle of the TE□10-TE○01 broad band cruciform mode converter.A novel type of Ka-band TE□10-TE○01 broad band cruciform mode converter was developed,accordingly.The converter was modeled in 3D mode,and simulated with the software package,HFSS code.The influence of the various factors on the performance of the converter was evaluated in the simulation to optimize the design.The prototyped,optimal TE□10-TE○01 broad band cruciform mode converter,with a transmission coefficient of 0.042 dB and a bandwidth of 13.5 GHz(ranging from 26.5 to 40 GHz),was designed and fabricated.The cold test proved that the optimized design gave satisfactory results.And fairly pure TE01 mode was observed of the converter output in the hot test.更多还原
