微波等离子体光源研究
Research on Light Emitting Plasma
【摘要】 微波等离子光源(LEP)是利用微波激发等离子体发光的无极放电光源。由于其热光源的发光特性,决定了其光谱分布连续,并且接近太阳光光谱,是国际公认的高效、节能、高品质光源。LEP采用无电极发光模式,消除了传统的照明技术中的失效模式和光通量退化,即使长时间使用,也不会因为电极失效或内壁变暗而影响系统性能。本文首先分析微波等离子体光源的基本构成和工作原理,然后简要描述该光源的发光特性和优势,以及典型的应用领域,最后介绍作者在微波等离子体光源研究方面的进展。
【Abstract】 Light Emitting Plasma(so-called LEP)is an electrodeless discharge light sources emitting plasma excited by microwave.Because of its thermal emission characteristics of the light source,its Continuous spectrum and closed to the solar spectrum,and is famous for its high efficiency,energy saving,high quality light.There are no electrodes in the lamp,so the failure modes and flux degradation in traditional lighting technology are eliminated,even after prolonged use.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of LEP are analyzed.Secondly,a brief description of the light emission characteristics and advantages is mentioned.Thirdly,the typical application areas are suggested.Finally the research progress will be demonstrated in this paper.
