【摘要】 本文概述了陶瓷金属化专用钼粉开发的重要性和现状,汇总并分析了钼粉相关的国家标准、行业采购标准及表征方法;结合"开桶即用"陶瓷金属化专用钼粉的开发与应用,重点探讨了激光粒度测试的重复性和准确性、主含量Mo的测定及钼粉工艺适应性等问题;仅通过金属化工艺微调,即可使专用钼粉获得成功应用,同时提高陶瓷金属化产品质量、节能降耗、替代进口。

【Abstract】 The importance and status of molybdenum powder used in ceramics metallizing were reviewed.The national standards,enterprise procurement standards,and characterization methods about molybdenum powder were summarized and analyzed.Based on the development and application of molybdenum powder available for ceramics metallizing without grinding,several key issues were discussed,such as the repeatability and accuracy of laser diffraction particle size analysis,the determination of molybdenum content,and the improvement of technological adaptability,etc.The available-without-grinding molybdenum powder,which can completely replace the imported products in some cases,has been successfully applied in ceramics metallizing after process optimization.Meanwhile,the quality of metallized ceramics products was improved,andthe energy consumption was reduced.
