Mo-Mn金属化层对氧化铝陶瓷抗折强度的影响
Effect of Metallizing Layer on Bending Strength of Alumina Ceramic by Molybdenum-Manganese Process
【摘要】 本文通过比较95% Al2O3瓷和高纯Al2O3瓷Mo-Mn金属化前后的抗折强度,发现金属化层有助于提高瓷本身的抗折强度。约25μm厚的金属化层使95% Al2O3瓷的抗折强度提高20%左右,使高纯Al2O3瓷抗折强度的提高则高达70%。实验通过扫描电镜及光学显微镜观察分析,认为金属化层提高瓷件抗折强度的主要原因是金属化层通过塑性变形吸收了来自裂纹扩展的大量能量。
【Abstract】 The bending strength of 95% Al2O3 and high purity Al2O3 before and after Mo-Mn metallized was compared.It was found that metallizing layers could improve bending strength of the alumina ceramics.When metallizing layers were only 25μm thickness,bending strength of 95% Al2O3 ceramics metalized increased about 20% than that of 95% Al2O3 ceramics itself,and bending strength of high purity Al2O3 ceramics metalized increased about 70% than that of high purity Al2O3 ceramics itself.In the experiments,the surface microstructure and fracture morphology were observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy.The main reason for improving bending strength of alumina ceramics was that the metallizing layer endured the maximum load and absorbed some crack propagation stress by plastic deformation.
