低介电损耗、细晶Al2O3陶瓷材料应用性能研究
Review on Application Properties of Low Dielectric Loss and Fine Grained Al2O3 Ceramics
【摘要】 本文从低介电损耗、细晶Al2O3陶瓷的材料性能及其封接件焊接性能、疲劳可靠性、高温Mo-Mn金属机理四个方面,综合介绍了细晶Al2O3陶瓷材料应用性能的研究情况,从研究结果看,低介电损耗、细晶Al2O3陶瓷材料具有优良的应用性能,是高性能微波器件的理想介质材料。
【Abstract】 In this paper,application properties of low dielectric loss and fine grained Al2O3 ceramics were reviewed from material characteristics,sealing behaviors,fatigue behaviors and metallizing mechanisms.The results showed that there were excellent application properties for low dielectric loss and fine grained Al2O3ceramics,it was ideal insulation material for high performances microwave devices.
