【摘要】 介绍了磁控管中热子的理论计算,并运用ANSYS软件进行了热电耦合分析,其结果与实验结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the theoretical calculation of heater in magnetron and analyses the thermoelectric coupling by ANSYS Code.The simulation result are consistent with experimental results.
