【摘要】 目的:观察脑心通辅助治疗对颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者血小板膜糖蛋白和血小板参数的影响。方法:122例颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者随机分成2组:脑心通组(n=64)和基础治疗组(n=58);脑心通组每日服用拜阿司匹林、立普妥和步长脑心通;基础治疗组每日服用拜阿司匹林和立普妥,服药6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1和CD62P表达、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和大血小板比率(P-LCR)的改变。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血小板膜糖蛋白PAC-1、CD62P表达,MPV、PDW和P-LCR均显著降低,PLT计数均显著增高,其中脑心通组P均<0.01,基础治疗组P均<0.05。两组治疗后各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通辅助治疗可进一步抑制血小板活化,抗血小板聚集,延缓颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of naoxintong capsule add-on therapy on platelet membrane glycoprotein and parameters in patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.Methods: One hundred and twenty-two patients with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis were randomly divided into 2 groups: naoxintong capsule(n=64) and conventional western medicine(n=58).The conventional western medicine aspirin and lipitor were given to the two groups,while naoxintong capsule was additionally given to the former group.The therapeutic course for all were 6 months.The expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein PAC-1 and CD62P,platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR) were detected in 2 groups before and after treatment.Results: Compared with before treatment,the expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein PAC-1 and CD62P,MPV,PDW and P-LCR were significantly lower,the PLT count were significantly higher in both two groups.The differences of platelet membrane glycoprotein expression and parameters after naoxintong capsule add-on therapy were more significant than conventional western therapy only.Conclusion: Naoxintong capsule add-on therapy could further inhibit the activation and aggregation of platelet,assist conventional western therapy in postponing the development of intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.更多还原
