基于磨削加工气雾冷却超声聚焦系统的设计与研究
Design and research on focused ultrasonic system with mist cooling to grinding machining
【摘要】 在精密磨削加工过程中,传统方法是采用大量浇注冷却液来降低磨削温度,但这种冷却方法存在冷却效果差、污染环境、危害操作者身体健康等问题,为了提高磨削冷却效果,提出了气雾超声聚焦冷却的新型冷却技术,气雾冷却聚焦超声技术使用冷却液量少、冷却效果好,是实现绿色精密磨削加工的重要方法之一。在对磨削加工气雾冷却分析研究的基础上,对气雾聚焦超声冷却系统进行了研究和制作,同时对制作的样机进行了测试。
【Abstract】 There are several problems such as the poor cooling effect,polluting the environment and doing harm to the workers in the traditionally extensive coolant. A new cooling way was put forward which utilize the mist with focused ultrasonic for cooling in order to get high cooling effect. The new cooling method using less cooling liquid and having high cooling effect is a new way for green precise grinding. The system of the mist cooling with focused ultrasonic was studied. The key sets were designed,fabricated and tested in this paper.
