基于Trio运动控制器的框架绕栅机数字控制系统设计
Design of NC system for frame grid winding machine based on Trio motion controller
【摘要】 针对目前的情况,设计了一种基于TrioEuro205x运动控制器的数字式框架绕栅机。分析了数字式框架绕栅机的工作原理及组成,对绕栅机的系统控制软件及人机界面进行了设计。实践证明,数字式框架绕栅机具有适应多品种开发生产、控制精度高、良好的控制平稳性、操作简便、劳动强度低、生产效率高等优点,在生产中实际中取得了良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Digital frame grid winding machine is designed based on the Trio Euro205x motion controller for the present situation.This article analyzed the digital frame grid winding machine works principle and composition,and designed the software controlled by system and interface of human-machine.Practice has proved that the digital frame grid winding machine adapts to the development and production of many varieties,high control accuracy,good control of the smooth,easy operation,low labor intensity,high production efficiency,and achieved good economic benefits in the actual production.
