【摘要】 随着我国城乡一体化建设的不断深入发展,新生代农民工逐渐成为我国产业工人的重要支柱,他们期待着身份和社会地位的真正市民化。但由于我国城市化水平较低和各种观念的制约,以及户籍、就业、社会保障教育等体制藩篱的阻碍,新生代农民工市民化进程依然步履维艰。针对新生代农民工市民化中存在的户籍制度缺陷、自身素质低、外部环境差等问题,提出了创新农村土地制度、完善社会保障体系、解决子女义务教育等相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of China’s urban and rural integration development,the new generation migrant workers gradually become the important pillar of industrial workers in China. They look forward to the real self- identity and social status. But due to the low level of urbanization in our country and all kinds of ideas,as well as household register,employment and social security education system barriers,such as the process of urbanization of new generation migrant workers still struggling,this article aimed at the problems in the new generation urbanization of migrant workers,corresponding countermeasures are discussed.更多还原
