PMMA骨水泥与BCC骨水泥对猪肺栓塞后血流动力学的不同影响
The different effects of pulmonary embolism caused by PMMA and BCC bone cement on hemodynamic in pigs
【摘要】 [目的]观察带负电荷硫酸钙/β-磷酸三钙复合骨水泥(BCC骨水泥)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)造成猪肺栓塞的血流动力学变化,探讨其安全性。[方法]选择健康成年海南五指山小型种猪12只,分为BCC组与PMMA组,每组6只。PMMA组:经猪肺动脉干注入2 ml PMMA骨水泥;BCC组:经猪肺动脉干注入2 ml BCC骨水泥。分别于骨水泥注入后的10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min等不同时间点监测平均动脉压(MABP)、平均肺动脉压(MPAP)与心率(HR)。[结果]猪肺栓塞模型成功后,BCC组于注入骨水泥后各时间点的MABP、HR下降幅度以及MPAP的升高幅度均小于PMMA组,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]较之PMMA骨水泥,BCC骨水泥致实验猪肺栓塞后血流动力学变化较为平缓,具有较好的安全性。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore its safety by the way of observing the hemodynamic change after pulmonary embolism from injecting bone cement.[Method]Twelve healthy adult Hainan pigs were divided into Group BCC and Group PMMA,6 cases each group.Group BCC:2 ml BCC bone cements were administrated into pulmonary trunk;Group PMMA:2 ml PMMA bone cements were administrated into pulmonary trunk.Mean arterial blood pressure(MABP),mean pulmonary artery pressure(MPAP) and heart rate(HR) were monitored at 10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min,60 min after pulmonary embolism.[Result]After the model of pulmonary embolism was successfully finished,the declining extent of MABP HR and the increasing extent of MPAP at every time point after bone cements injection were respectively smaller in Group BCC than in Group PMMA.[Conclusion]The hemodynamic index after pulmonary embolism from BCC bone cement may keep more stable,compared with PMMA bone cement.
