【摘要】 [目的]探讨TC-Dynamic膝关节假体在膝关节置换中的应用。[方法]自2005年10月～2010年12月,采用TC-Dynamic膝关节假体行TKA共40例(50膝)与Depuy P.F.C.Sigma膝关节假体行TKA 40例(45膝)进行临床对比研究。对比两组术前、术后KSS评分、功能评分、Feller评分、测量膝关节ROM、术后膝前疼痛及髌骨弹响。[结果]两组术后与术前的KSS评分、功能评分、Feller评分及膝关节ROM比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后KSS评分、功能评分、Feller评分、膝关节ROM及比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术用时TC-Dynamic膝关节假体较Depuy P.F.C.Sigma膝关节假体组平均少10 min。TC-Dynamic膝关节假体组膝前疼痛1例(1膝),髌骨弹响1例(1膝),Depuy P.F.C.Sigma膝关节假体组膝前疼痛2例(2膝),髌骨弹响3例(3膝)。两组术后随访X线片观察膝关节假体位置、力线、固定性能等均显示良好,无松动、透亮线等异常表现。[结论]使用TC-Dynamic膝关节假体行TKA临床疗效满意,术后膝关节功能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The application of TC - Dynamic knee prostheses was explored in TKA(total knee arthroplasty). [Methods]TKA was conducted in the test group(40 patients,50 knees) with TC - Dynamic knee prostheses and the control group(40 patients,45 knees) with Depuy P.F.C.Sigma knee prostheses from October 2005 to December 2010.The two groups were evaluated and compared in preoperative and postoperative scores of KSS,function and Peller,knee joint ROM,postoperative anterior knee pain and patellar clunk.[Results]The differences were significant between preoperative scores of KSS, function and Feller and knee joint ROM and postoperative for either group(P<0.05).The differences were not significant in postoperative scores of KSS,function and Feller and knee joint ROM between the two groups(P>0.05).Ten minutes could be saved at least by using TC - Dynamic knee prostheses instead of Depuy P.F.C.Sigma knee prostheses for TKA.A patient(a knee) appeared anterior knee pain and a patient(a knee) appeared patellar clunk in the test group.Two patients(two knees) appeared anterior knee pain and three patients(three knees) appeared patellar clunk in the control group.The position,lines of force and fixed performance were fine with follow - up X - ray for the knee prostheses in the two groups.There was no loosening, radiolucent line and so on.[Conclusion]TC - Dynamic knee prostheses is satisfactory in curative effect for TKA and the function of prostheses is good after operation.更多还原
