【摘要】 [目的]对人工肱骨头置换手术与锁定钢板内固定术治疗中老年人肱骨近端骨折的疗效进行比较。[方法]计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、EMbase、中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库等资源,检索人工肱骨头置换术与锁定钢板内固定术治疗中老年肱骨近端骨折的病例对照研究,通过Meta分析比较2种方法治疗中老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。[结果]Meta分析结果显示人工肱骨头置换组术中出血量显著低于锁定钢板内固定组(WMD=80.17;95%CI:(55.83,104.50);P<0.01),其他指标两组之间没有显著性差异。[结论]现有研究尚不能证明哪种手术方案更适用于中老年肱骨近端骨折的治疗,需要开展更多的临床随机对照试验予以佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To compare the efficacy of humeral head replacement and locked plate fixation for fractures of the proximal humerus in the middle and aged.[Method]We searched the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang database and other databases,retrieved the case-control study which used humeral head replacement and locked plate fixation to treat fractures of the proximal humerus in the middle and aged,then we compared the efficacy of humeral head replacement and locked plate fixation for this kind of fractures by meta-analysis.[Result]The results of this meta-analysis only showed the amount of blood loss in humeral head replacement group was significantly lower than in the locking plate fixation group(WMD=80.17;95%CI:(55.83,104.50);P<0.01),and other indicators between two groups had no significant difference.[Conclusion]The existing researches were not yet proved which surgery program is better for proximal humeral fractures in the middle and aged,there should be more randomized controlled trials to validate.更多还原
