【摘要】 中国证券市场存在"重上市轻再融资"的现象,上市公司再融资的功能没有充分发挥,文章以宁波地区为例,分析了再融资业务中存在的规模小、方式单一、利用率低等问题,影响因素包括缺乏再融资意愿和项目、融资条件不足、配套政策保障不力等,因此需要通过优化股权机构、推动并购重组、加强政策扶持、培育再融资项目、规范再融资资金的使用等措施来提高上市公司的再融资能力,推动上市公司的良性发展,拉动宁波经济的增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a phenomenon of IPO overweighing re-financing in China securities market.The refinancing function of listed companies hasn’t played sufficiently.In this article,some problems of refinancing of the listed companies in Ningbo,such as small amount,preference for equity financing,low efficiency and so on were analyzed.Affecting factors of above problems included lack of refinancing will and projects,qualification and supporting policies.Solutions such as optimizing equity structure,promoting merger and reorganization,strengthening government guidance and policy support were concluded to improve the ability of refinancing and promote the development of listed companies,so as to increase the economic growth in Ningbo.更多还原
