钨磺酸催化一锅法合成α-胺基腈化合物
Tungstate sulfuric acid (TSA) catalyzed one-pot synthesis of α-aminonitriles
【摘要】 在固体催化剂钨磺酸催化下,以醛、胺(伯胺、仲胺)和三甲基氰硅烷(TMSCN)顺利地进行了Strecker反应,高收率地得到了相应的α-氰基化合物,产率高达91%.产物结构利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱进行了表征.该合成方法原料易得,反应条件温和,反应迅速,后处理简单方便,易于操作;且催化剂钨磺酸能够高活性地循环使用,无毒性.
【Abstract】 A simple and efficient method was developed for the synthesis of α-aminonitriles with high yield(up to 91%) by one-pot three-component condensation of aldehydes,amines,and trimethylsilyl cyanide(TMSCN) in the presence of a catalytic amount of tungstate sulfuric acid at room temperature;the products were characterized by IR,HNMR and MS.The tungstate sulfuric acid was reusable and could be applied in subsequent reactions with comparable activity.This method offered several advantages such as high conversions,short reaction times,cleaner reaction profiles,simple experimental and work-up procedures.
