【Abstract】 New folk-custom formed gradually in Qing dynasty when temples of General Liu Meng built countrywide and ritual of locust-god worship held.Three causes explains this: the Emperor Yongzheng orders the temple building in authoritative way;emperors after Yongzheng continually bestow the royal inscribed boards to the temples of Liu Meng and canonize him with titles;people wish that celestialized General may help them to resist the natural disasters.The explanation of that the General Liu Meng is the General Liu Chengzhong is convincingly accepted.更多还原
