【Abstract】 The pool management in Zhejiang exists problems such as inadequate funding,mismanagement and disrepair with weak function and low benefit.Pool management reform is put forward according to local conditions.The adjusted measures are also talked about to set up public welfare concept,to strengthen management personnel’s technical training,and to adopt regional centralized management mode.Therefore,a sustainable and benign development mechanism of pool management can be established through the approaches of government monitoring,innovative reform,and policy guarantee.更多还原
