【摘要】 目的:评价耳穴贴压对卒中后亚急性期中重度吞咽障碍的有效性与安全性。方法:将90例卒中后亚急性期中重度吞咽障碍患者随机分入治疗组(耳穴贴压组)、对照组(针刺组)。观察21天后两组患者的吞咽功能(饮水试验、摄食-吞咽障碍等级评定、VFG评分)及吸入性肺炎、营养不良发生率。结果:住院21天,治疗组患者吞咽功能恢复优于对照组,饮水试验、摄食-吞咽障碍等级评定、VGF疗效评价差异均有统计学意义。疗效评定方面:治疗组总有效率82.98%,对照组总有效率57.50%,两组临床疗效具有统计学意义,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组吸入性肺炎发生率和营养不良发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:耳穴贴压治疗卒中后亚急性期中重度吞咽障碍患者有效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the treatment of deglutition disorders in subacute period of stroke by auricular point taping and pressing therapy and pure acupuncture. Estimate this methed’s effect and security. Methods: Divide 90 patients of deglutition disorders in subacute period of stroke into two groups. Treat the treatment group with auricular point taping and pressing therapy. Treat the control group with pure acupuncture. Compare the patients’ function of deglutition( water drinking test,Dysphagia grade evaluation,evaluation of VFG) and rate of aspiration pneumonia and innutrition after 21 days. Statistics was made up of all the results. Results: After 21 days treatment,the function of deglutition by uricular point taping and pressing therapy was better than pure acupuncture. The differences of score of water drinking test,Dysphagia grade evaluation,evaluation of VFG were statistically significant. Treatment effect estimate: Total effective rate of treatment group was 85. 1%,and the total effective rate of control group was 60. 0%. The rank- and- testing showed a statistical significance( P <0. 05). The differences of rates of aspiration pneumonia and innutrition were statistically significant. Conclusion: Auricular point taping and pressing therapy for the treatment of deglutition disorders in subacute period of stroke is obviously better than pure acupuncture.更多还原
