【摘要】 目的:观察四缝穴为主治疗花剥苔42例的临床疗效。方法:常规消毒后点刺四缝穴挤出血液或粘液1～3滴,配合针刺,辨证及对症取穴,成人留针,儿童不留针,儿童加捏脊疗法。针刺每周治疗3次,2周1个疗程,共治1～2个疗程。结果:应用本法治疗花剥苔42例,痊愈25例,占59.5%;有效16例,占38.1%;无效1例,占2.4%。结论:以点刺四缝穴为主治疗花剥苔疗效肯定,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinic effect on 42 cases of exfoliative fur treated mainly by Sifeng point.Methods:After routine disinfection,prick Sifeng point with acupuncture and chiropractic.Treatment for three times a week,totally one or two courses.Results:42 cases of exfoliative fur were treated by this method.25 cases were cured with a healing rate of 59.5%,16 cases improved and only one case was not cured with an effective rate of 38.1%.Conclusion:This method is more effective and worthy of promotion.更多还原
