硫化氢在脑缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用
Effects of hydrogen sulfide on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury
【摘要】 硫化氢(H2S)是继一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化碳(CO)后新发现的第三种内源性气体信号分子,在机体内发挥广泛的生物学效应。已有实验证实,H2S参与多个器官缺血-再灌注损伤的病理生理过程,H2S在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用已有深入研究,但在脑缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用尚未明确阐述。本文主要基于现有的相关文献,旨在阐明H2S与脑缺血-再灌注损伤的关系,并论述其可能的细胞和分子学机制。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) is the third kind of endogenous gaseous signal molecules newly discovered after nitric oxide and carbon monoxide,and plays a wide range of biological roles in the body.It has been proved that H2S participates in the pathophysiological process of multiple organ ischemia- reperfusion injury.However,the effects of H2S on cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury have not been clearly clarified.This paper intends to illustrate the relationship between H2S and cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury based on the current literatures,and discuss the possible cellular and molecular mechanisms.
