微波辐射麦草氢氧化钠制浆过程中木素的变化规律

【摘要】 利用微波辐射麦草在NaOH溶液中常压蒸煮制浆。20 g绝干麦草,用其质量的6%的NaOH,在固液比为1:6的条件下,研究了制浆过程中木素的变化趋势与规律。研究结果表明,不同功率、温度、时间的变化,木素的红外特征吸收峰的位置基本一致,说明微波辐射变化对木素基团结构的影响不大,没有出现木素被较大氧化分解的现象;微波辐射功率过大,羟基等峰有明显减弱;在较低功率、较短时间范围内木素含量与功率、时间变化呈正比;长时间与高功率对木素有破坏作用;辐射温度对木素的脱除影响较大。

【Abstract】 Using microwave irradiation in NaOH solution at atmospheric to cook wheat straw. In the 20 g dry straw, 6% of its weight of NaOH, ratio of solid to liquid under the condition of 1:6, the variation tendency of lignin during pulping process was studied. Research results showed that with the different power, temperature and time, the infrared characteristics of lignin absorption peak position is consistent, indicating little effect of microwave irradiation change on lignin group structure, and there is no lignin which is more oxidative decomposition phenomenon. The hydroxyl peaks decreased significantly when microwave power is too large. At low power and short time range, lignin content is proportional to the power, time variation. Long time and high power will destroy the lignin. Radiation temperature has great effect on the lignin removal.
