【摘要】 目的了解2009-2011年人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染人群的分布,以便采取针对性高危行为干预措施,为制定艾滋病防治策略提供参考依据。方法收集医院2009-2011年96例确诊HIV感染患者临床资料进行流行病学分析。结果医院2009-2011年HIV检测的69 885例患者中,HIV检出96例,检出率为0.14%;感染者男性88例,女性8例,年龄<30岁46例占47.91%,未婚者51例占53.13%,大专以下学历者74例占77.08%,感染传播途径以性传播为主,共94例,占97.9%;注射吸毒与输入血液制品感染各1例;性传播中男男同性恋46例,双性恋19例,多性伴异性恋33例。结论 2009-2011年医院HIV感染人群以<30岁、未婚、低学历者为主,男男同性恋间的性传播是主要传播途径;加强对该类人群宣传教育与行为干预对于预防和控制艾滋病意义重大。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution of populations with human immunodeficiency virus infections from 2009 to 2011 so as to develop appropriate measures for prevention and control of ADIS and take the targeted interventions.METHODS A total of 96 patients with HIV infections confirmed in the hospital from 2009 to 2011were retrospectively studied epidemiologically.RESULTS Of totally 69 885 patients tested for HIV,96 cases of patients were tested positive for HIV with the detection rate of 0.14%,including 88 males and 8 females;there were 46(47.91%) cases of patients aged less than 30 years,51(53.13%) cases of patients who did not marry,and 74(77.08%) cases of patients with the education level under the college degree.Of the 96 HIV infection patients,94(97.9%) cases were infected by sexual activity,1 case was infected by injection of drug and 1 case was infected by blood transfusion.In those with sexual transmission,46 cases were the male-male homosexuality patients,19 cases of bisexuality ones,and 33 cases of the heterosexuality ones.CONCLUSION The population with less than 30 years of age,unmarried,and low education level are at high risk of the HIV infections,and the male-male homosexuality is the main transmission route.It is of great significance in the prevention and control of AIDS to strengthen the education for the population and take behavioral interventions.更多还原
