2010年某省5所医院病原菌分布及耐药性分析
Distribution and drug resistance of pathogens from 5 hospitals in 2010
【摘要】 目的了解某省5所医院病原菌的分布及耐药现状,为临床抗菌药物的应用提供依据。方法对某省细菌耐药性监测网上报的有关数据进行分析,统计病原菌分布及耐药率。结果三级甲等医院的分离菌株最多,共计1000株,二级甲等医院所分离的菌株最少,共计45株;各菌种的分离情况在不同医院略有不同,其中大肠埃希菌的分离率在多数医院均占首位,不同医院各菌种的药敏率也存在很大差异,三级甲等医院(A院)、中医医院(C院)、专科医院(D院)中,铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药率分别为7.5%、57.1%、7.1%;D院中肠球菌属对万古霉素的耐药率为2.6%,未检出耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌。结论细菌耐药问题已日趋严重,不同的医院临床标本中细菌的分离率及耐药性均有所不同,建立细菌耐药性监测网,定期总结、分析并公布病原菌的耐药情况,对及时掌握病原菌的分布特点及耐药状况,合理使用抗菌药物尤为重要。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens isolated from 5 hospitals so as to offer theory for clinical rational application of antibiotics.METHODS The related data on the bacterial drug resistance monitoring network were analyzed,the statistical analysis of the distribution of the pathogens and drug resistance rates was performed.RESULTS Totally 1000 strains of bacteria were isolated from the third-grade class-A hospitals,and 45 strains were isolated from the second-grade class-A hospitals;the isolation rate varied in different hospitals,the isolation rate of Escherichia coli was the highest in most hospitals.There was quite difference in the drug susceptibility among the various species from the hospitals.The drug resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem were 7.5%,57.1% and 7.1% in the third-grade class-A hospitals(Hospital A),traditional Chinese hospitals(Hospital C),and the specialist hospital(Hospital D),respectively;the drug resistance rate of Enterococci to vancomycin was 2.6% in Hospital D,there were no strains of vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus detected.CONCLUSION The bacterial drug resistance is increasingly serious,the distribution and drug resistance rates are in different hospitals.It is of great significance in grasp of the distribution characteristics of the pathogens,the status of drug resistance and the reasonable use of antibiotics to establish the monitoring of bacterial drug resistance network and regularly summarize,analyze and release the status of drug resistance.
