【Abstract】 Renin-angiotensin system( RAS) plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy( DR). ACE2-Ang-( 1-7)-Mas axis is another important branch of RAS,which is discovered recently. It can resist the traditional ACE-AngⅡ-AT1-axis. Its effects include improve insulin resistance, diastolic blood vessels, regulating intraocular pressure, against oxidative stress,protecting vascular endothelial cells,anti-inflammatory effects,which will be protective to DR.更多还原
