山东省医院普外科营养风险筛查和营养支持状况分析
Nutritional risk screen and investigation on nutritional support of hospitalized patients in hospitals of Shandong
【摘要】 目的调查山东省部分医院普外科住院患者营养风险发生率和营养支持应用状况。方法采用定点连续抽样方法,对2012年11月至2013年2月山东省34家大中型医院普外科5376例住院患者,用改良版NRS2002进行营养风险筛查和营养支持应用情况调查。结果共获取4843例(90%)的BMI值,营养不良和营养风险发生率分别为7.64%和17.64%,营养不良风险患者的支持率为84.0%,非必须的支持率为11.4%。肠外与肠内营养支持比率为3.81:1。肠内营养管饲与口服之比为1.61:1,肠外营养全和一和单一输注比例为1.55:1。结论山东省医院普外科营养风险发生率不高,营养支持存在不合理性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risks and nutritional support in department of general surgery in parts of hospitals in Shandong.Methods Totally 5376 patients in thirty four hospitals were enrolled from November 2012 to February 2013 by fix-point consecutive sampling.The improved version of NRS 2002 was applied.Results The BMI of 4843 patients was recoreded.Malnutritionand nutrition risk occurrence rates were 7.64% and 17.64%.The support rate was 84.0% in malnutrition risk patients.Non-must support rate was 11.4%.Parenteral and enteral nutritional support ratio was 3.81:1.Tube feeding and oral support ratio was 1.61:1.All in One infusion and single infusion ratio was 1.55:1.Conclusions The nutritional risk rate of patients is not high in Department of general surgery in parts of hospitals in Shandong Province.There exists certain irrationality in nutritional support.
