【摘要】 [目的]分析浙江省2000~2009年食管癌发病、死亡情况及其变化趋势。[方法]2000~2009年食管癌发病与死亡数据来源于浙江省6个肿瘤登记地区,分析性别、年龄别食管癌发病率。人口标化率采用全国1982年标准人口构成和Segi’s世界标准人口结构。[结果]2000~2009年浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌发病率为11.47/10万(男性18.44/10万,女性4.31/10万)。食管癌发病率从2000年的10.33/10万升高到2009年的14.53/10万,年度变化百分比(APC)为3.77%(95%CI:0.82~6.80)。2000~2009年浙江省肿瘤登记地区食管癌死亡率为9.75/10万(男性15.21/10万,女性4.13/10万)。2000~2009食管癌死亡率呈现小幅度波动趋势,APC为5.18%(95%CI:3.17~7.23)。食管癌发病与死亡主要出现在40岁以后,发病在80~84岁组达高峰,死亡在85岁以上组达高峰。[结论]食管癌是威胁居民健康的重大疾病之一,应加强对食管癌的预防和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer in cancer registries of Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2009 and their trend.[Methods] The data of incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer were collected from six cancer registries in Zhejiang province.Incidence,age-specific incidence,age-standardized incidence and proportions were analyzed. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence.[Results] The incidence of esophageal cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas during 2000 to2009 was 11.47/105(male 18.44/105,female 4.31/105).The incidence rate was 10.33/105in 2000,and it increased to 14.53/105in 2009,with the annual percent change(APC) of 3.77%(95% CI:0.82~6.80). The mortality rate of esophageal cancer in Zhejiang cancer registration areas during 2000 to2009 was 9.75/105(male 15.21/105,female 4.13/105). The mortality of esophageal cancer showed rising trend with a slight fluctuation during 2000 to 2009,the APC was 5.18%(95%CI:3.17~7.23).The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer began to rise in over 40 years old age group.The incidence rate peaked in the 80~84 age group,while the mortality peaked at age group of over85 years old. [Conclusion] Esophageal cancer is one of the major threat to resident health in Zhejiang province.Prevention and control for esophageal cancer still need to be strengthened.更多还原
