【摘要】 [目的]评价2008~2010年永康市结直肠癌发病情况。[方法]利用2008~2010年永康市社会保障局医保和农保的医保资料以及永康市人民医院就诊的新发结直肠癌病例的发病数据,分析结直肠癌性别、年龄别发病率。人口标化率采用全国1982年人口普查的人口结构和Segi’s世界标准人口结构。[结果]2008~2010年永康市恶性肿瘤新发病例4194例,结直肠癌新发病例428例,占10.21%(428/4194)。结直肠癌发病率为25.13/10万(男性27.63/10万、女性22.54/10万),中标率为15.61/10万(男性17.71/10万,女性13.69/10万)。结直肠癌年龄别发病率随年龄增长而增加,在80+岁组达到高峰,为163.45/10万。永康市结直肠癌粗发病率低于全国城市水平,但高于全国农村水平。[结论]结直肠癌是威胁永康市居民健康的重大疾病之一,应加强对结直肠癌的预防和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the incidence of colorectal cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city,Zhejiang province.[Methods] The data of medical record of new patients with colorectal cancer were collected from Yongkang Medical Security Office and Yongkang First People’s Hospital.Incidence,age-specific incidence,age-standardized incidence and proportions were analyzed.Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence.[Results] The total newly diagnosed cancer cases from 2008 to 2010 were 4194,and the newly diagnosed colorectal cancer cases were 428,accounted for 10.21%.The crude incidence of colorectal cancer in Yongkang city was 25.13/105(male 27.63/105,female 22.54/105),age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China) was 15.61/105(male 17.71/105,female 13.69/105).The age-specific incidence increased with age increased,and 80+years old group reached the highest level(163.45/105).The incidence of colorectal cancer from 2008 to 2010 in Yongkang city was lower than that in Chinese urban area,but higher than that in Chinese rural area.[Conclusion] Colorectal cancer is one of the major threats to the health in Yongkang city.Prevention and control of colorectal cancer should be strengthened.更多还原
