【摘要】 [目的]了解临床医生对KPS评分的认知情况和化疗病历规范化书写的执行情况,为制定规范化医疗措施提供依据。[方法]采用整群二阶段随机抽样方法抽取辽宁省37所医院2006～2008年肿瘤化疗患者的出院病历,并填写调查表,用SPSS16.0统计软件对KPS评分情况进行频数分布描述和卡方检验。[结果]共收集有效调查表1812份,其中出、入院都有KPS评分的病历占23.2%。各医院肿瘤化疗患者出、入院KPS评分情况差异均有统计学意义(χ2=88.746,P<0.001)。B类医院和城市医院出入院都有KPS评分的比例最高,分别占27.1%和25.9%。[结论]应加强临床医生对KPS评分的认知,强化病历书写规范、建立质控体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the clinician’s cognitive degree of KPS score and the implementation of standardized chemotherapy medical records to provide basis for formulating standard measures.[Methods] Two-stage randomly clustering sample-method was used to collect medicial records of chemotherapeutic patients with cancer from 37 hospitals in Liaoning province(2006～2008),while the questionnaires were filled in. SPSS16.0 statistical software was applied to describe the frequency distribution and chi-square test for KPS score.[Results] One thousand eight hundred and twelve valid questionnaires were collected,only 23.2% of records had KPS score. There was significant difference of KPS score in chemotherapeutic patients with cancer in different hospitals (χ2=88.746,P<0.001). B class hospitals and urban hospitals had the relatively higher proportion of KPS score,accounted for 27.1% and 25.9% respectively.[Conclusion] Cognition of KPS score for clinician should be enhanced,standardized medical records be strengthened and quality control system be established.更多还原
