【摘要】 目的:评价短照射时间低能量激光应用于治疗老年人牙本质过敏症(DH)的近期临床疗效。方法:45名老年DH患者共计171颗患牙,将患者随机分为三组,分别使用氟化物涂膜(A组)、低能量激光照射60s(B组)、240s(C组)对患牙经行脱敏治疗。采用数字化疼痛评判法VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)测量评价牙本质敏感程度,然后分别计算出各组即刻与治疗前的疼痛差值(D1)、1个月与治疗前的疼痛差值(D2)、3个月与治疗前的疼痛差值(D3)。采用单因素方差分析对结果进行统计学分析。结果:三组的D1之间、D2之间不具有显著的统计学差异;A组与B组D3之间有统计学差异;A组和C组D3之间有统计学差异;B组与C组D3之间不具有显著的统计学差异。结论:短照射时间低能量激光治疗老年人牙本质过敏症具有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The study was conducted to evaluate the treatment efficacy of low level diode laser for dentin hypersensitivity in the elderly in short time. Methods: Forty-five patients(171 exposed sensitive teeth) with a history of dentin hypersensitivity were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups. In group A, the hypersensitive teeth were desensitized by fluoride varnish. In groups B,a low level laser was used on hypersensitive teeth for 60s. In group C,a low level laser was used on hypersensitive teeth for 240s. The dentin hypersensitivity of all teeth was measured with VAS. Then the difference value(D1) of the pain score between the just end and before treatment,the difference value(D2) of the pain score between after 1 month and before treatment and the difference value(D3) of the pain score between after 3 months and before treatment were calculated respectively. ANOVA was applied to determine the differences between groups(P<0.05). Result: After desensitizing procedures,most of the patients reported distinct reductions in dentin sensitivity at the baseline. The statistical analysis revealed statistically no significant differences between each group of D1 and D2; Furthermore, the statistical analysis indicated that there were significant differences between group A and B of D3 and group A and C of D3. Conclusion: The results of the study demonstrated that the low level laser irradiation was efficient in the treatment of hypersensitivity of the elderly in short time.更多还原
