模糊PID在CNC粉末液压机控制系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 CNC粉末冶金液压机电液伺服控制系统具有时变性、易受干扰等特点,运用常规的PID控制难以达到满意的控制效果。文章应用模糊PID控制实现了对PID参数的在线自适应整定,提高了PID控制器对电液伺服系统的调节控制能力。在单位阶跃信号输入下,分别对CNC粉末液压机的位置与速度的模糊PID控制与常规PID控制进行仿真分析,结果表明:与常规PID控制器相比,系统无论是处于正常状态下、干扰状态下还是其阻尼比发生变化时,模糊PID控制器均表现出了更高的控制精度、更强的抗干扰能力和自适应控制性能。

【Abstract】 It is difficult to obtain satisfying control performance with conventional PID in that the electrohydraulic servo system of CNC powder metallurgy hydraulic machine is time-varying and susceptible to interference. However,this paper improves the performance of PID controller in the electro-hydraulic servo control system by using fuzzy-PID to make the PID parameter have the ability of on-line adoptive adjustment. The fuzzy-PID control and conventional PID control of the CNC powder hydraulic machine’ s position and velocity is respectively simulated and analyzed with the unit step signal inputted. The results show that compared with conventional PID controller,whenever the system is in a normal state,the interference state or its damping ratio is changed,the fuzzy-PID controller not only shows a higher control precision but also a stronger anti-interference ability and an adaptive control performance.
