基于CNC换热管加工设备的设计与应用
Based on the Heat Exchange Tube of NC Processing Equipment Modification and Realization
【摘要】 目前,换热管加工设备自动化程度比较低,加工出来的产品精度差,一致性不高。论文针对上述问题利用KND数控系统对换热管加工设备实现自动控制,利用三套伺服驱动单元实现三轴同步控制,实现了三把辊刀的同步等距径向进给,保证了加工的换热管壁厚均匀一致。该设备的数控改造大大提高了金属换热管加工效率和精度,对新型换热管加工设备研究具有一定的理论意义与实用价值。
【Abstract】 At present,the automatic degree of the heat exchange tube equipment is low,the precision and consistency for products is not satisfying.Aiming at these problems,an automatic control system is implemented by using KND digital controller for exchange heat tube equipment.Three servo drive units realize three-axle synchronous control,w hich achieves the synchronous radial isometric feed of three roller knifes,therefore ensuring the consistency thickness of tubes.The NC reform of the equipment improves the efficiency and precision of the machining process,and it has a certain theoretical significance and practical value for the research of new heat exchange tube equipment.
