用于水泵叶轮的全自动平衡修正设备的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Automatic Balancing Machine for Pump Impeller
【摘要】 设计了一种用于水泵叶轮的全自动平衡修正设备,阐述了其机械系统和测控系统。机械系统由平衡测试机、抱紧装置和切削去重装置组成,测控系统包括信号检测方法、夹具几何偏心的消除及动平衡方法等模块。实验结果表明设备在完成基本功能的同时,具有良好的平衡精度。
【Abstract】 An automatic balancing machine for pump impeller is designed,which includes mechanical system and control system.The mechanical system is composed of balancing test machine,holding device and cutting device.The control system includes signal process detecting method,removing clamp eccentric and dynamic balancing method module.It is proved that the machine is able to complete the basic function and the measurement accuracy is high.
