基于PLC和触摸屏的光纤预制棒加工专用机床改造

【摘要】 针对英国SG Controls公司生产的光纤预制棒加工专用机床纵向移动为手动控制、精度和平稳性差等问题,采用PLC、触摸屏及伺服驱动器等组成的控制系统对其进行自动化改造,使其在1mm/min~1000mm/min之间无极调速且移动速度能在运行过程中随时改变。通过数控改造,该机床能实现由大尺寸预制棒加工小尺寸预制棒的自动控制,满足光纤预制棒加工过程中速度均匀、可精确控制、扭矩可监控等要求,加工的光纤预制棒外径均匀且质量高,系统人机界面友好。

【Abstract】 To issues including manual control,poor precision and stationarity of the longitudinal movement of the optical fiber preform processing special machine tool manufactured by British SG Controls Company,control system which is consisted of PLC,HMI and Servo Driver is used for automatic transformation of the machine,realize stepless speed regulation between 1mm/min and 1000mm/min and can change speed any time in the running process.Through the numerical transformation,this machine can satisfy requirements including uniform speed,speed can be precisely controlled and torque can be monitored during the processing of the optical fiber preform,the optical fiber preform processed by this machine is high quality,diameter uniformity is good,man-machine interface of the system is friendly.
