基于参数和特征的轴类零件CAPP系统研究与实现
The Research of CAPP System for Shaft Parts Based on Parameters and Characteristics
【摘要】 研究了一种针对轴类零件工艺规程制定的创成式CAPP系统。系统采用参数描述和特征描述相结合的方法建立数据模型,数据以三级代码的形式存储与传递,驱动各功能子模块,在工艺数据库的支持下,完成工艺决策,生成工艺文件。详细描述了软件开发过程,通过实例验证了所开发系统的实用性和有效性。
【Abstract】 A creative CAPP system for the process plan formulating of shaft parts is developed.The system establishes a data model with the combination of parameter description and characterization.Under the support of the process database,the data stored and passed in the form of a three-tier code drives each functional sub-module to complete the process decision,generate process documents.The software development process is described detailed.The practicality and effectiveness of this system is demonstrated with examples.
