基于工控机的行星齿轮减速器试验台控制系统设计

【摘要】 在分析行星齿轮减速器试验台控制系统功能需求的基础上,采用西门子多轴伺服控制技术和共直流母线方案,开发了一种基于工控机的行星齿轮减速器试验台控制系统。可对多种型号减速器进行全自动的多功能试验,并且试验结束后自动生成图文并茂的试验报告,实现了试验的自动化。系统操作简单,稳定可靠,不仅提高了试验台的控制精度和效率,同时降低了试验台的能耗。

【Abstract】 With the analyzing the requirement for the control system of the planetary gear reducer test bed,a control system of the test bed based on IPC was developed,using multi-axis servo drive technology and DC link of siemens.A variety of models reducer can have different tests with the system automatically,and a test report with pictures is made at the end of the test.Therefore,the whole test process is automatically.The control system is stable and reliable,and increases the control accuracy and efficiency of the test bed,at the same time,reduce the energy consumption.
