【摘要】 目的探讨标准化操作程序(SOP)模式在超声乳化白内障手术配合中的应用及效果。方法建立超声乳化白内障手术配合标准操作程序,并进行应用;以接受手术的患者和进行手术的医生的满意度调查结果评价SOP模式的应用效果。结果医患双方对手术室的工作满意度逐年提高。结论手术室建立高效的SOP模式,设计合理的手术配合流程,可使护士快速、准确的掌握手术中的工作细节,提高工作效率与质量,从而促进手术室护理质量的持续提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of standard operation procedure(SOP) model for doctor-nurse cooperation in phacoemulsification surgery. Methods The SOP model was constructed and applied,and the effectiveness was evaluated through questionnaires survey on satisfaction of the doctors and patients. Results The degree of satisfaction of the doctors and patients increased gradually over the year. Conclusion Through the construction of an efficient SOP model in the OR,and designing a reasonable cooperation procedure in the operation,the nurse can grasp work details for the operation rapidly and accurately. This improves the efficiency and the quality of work,therefore promotes the progressive improvement of the nursing quality in the operating room.更多还原
