【摘要】 目的了解2型糖尿病患者对疾病压力评价现状,分析其影响因素。方法应用糖尿病压力评价量表(ADS)中文版,对243例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果患者ADS得分为(19.19±6.23)分;年龄、职业、最近一次HbA1c、病程、糖尿病的健康教育史、饮食控制、用药控制、血糖监测、运动控制是压力评价的影响因素。结论患者压力评价较为积极;护士可根据压力评价影响因素,针对性开展自我管理教育和压力管理培训,提高其对糖尿病的适应能力和自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of the appraisal of diabetes-related stress in diabetic patients,and to analyze its influential factors.Methods A total of 243 diabetic patients were investigated with the Chinese version of the Appraisal of Diabetes Scale(ADS).Results The score of ADS was 19.19±6.23.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age,occupa-tion,HbA1c,duration of diabetes,having or not received the diabetes related education,diet control,medication use,blood glucose monitoring and exercise were the influential factors of the appraisal of diabetes.Conclusion The patients’ appraisal of diabetes-related stress is positive.Nurses should take these influential factors into consideration to enhance diabetes patients’ self-management education and stress management training.更多还原
