【摘要】 通过自行设计夜间安全巡查系统软件,集实时录入、查询、统计等多种功能于一体,达到了分散输入、信息共享、省时省力、减负增效的效果。临床应用后,片区组长平均为病区提供巡视2615次/月,协助解决问题207次/月,提出合理化建议3条/月,病区工作量统计时间较纸质记录缩短35min,不按时巡视行为消失。此软件的应用在提高夜间护理质量、规范片区组长工作行为、提升工作效率等方面发挥了良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the design and application of the nighttime safety inspection system,which integrated the functions of real time entry,query,statistics together to achieve the goals of dispersed input,information sharing,saving time and effort and improving efficiency.This system provided an average of 2615 inspections,helped solving 207 cases of problems and put forward three pieces of rationalized advice each month.Compared to paper recording,the system obviously shortened the time of workload statistics and avoided non-standard nursing behaviors.It has played a good role to improve the quality of care at night,standardize the work behavior of area leader and improve work efficiency.更多还原
