【Abstract】 At present,paid use and emissions trading as a system and mechanism innovation of environmental protection work around hot spots,are a useful attempt to use economic instruments to promote environmental protection.This paper briefy describes emission trading development of provinces business work.Furthermore,majors challenges and obstacles have been identifed and examined for the practices.The author concludes with possible solutions and suggestions for emission trading improvement.It will accumulate a lot of experience for extension of emission trading pilot in the country.更多还原
